Description of the Juki Quilting Foot
Juki Quilting Foot
With a Juki Quilting Darning Foot, darning small holes and tears is almost automatic. The mechanism with the vertical spring presses the fabric securely.
This prevents the fabric from being pulled up while sewing and ensures a beautiful stitch pattern.
Thanks to its special shape, the Juki Quilt- darning foot is also highly suitable for free-motion embroidery, quilting and attaching beautiful lace and monograms.
1. Make sure the needle is in the highest position.
2. Screw on the Juki darning foot3
. The onion stitch guide should now be on needle lock screw.
4. Countersink the feed dog.
5. If desired, for more sturdiness, you can stretch the sewing in a round hoop.
6. Select a straight stitch and engage the free-hand function, or push the presser foot into the stop/free-hand position.
7. Pull up the bobbin thread and sew a few stitches to secure everything in place. Cut the threads close to the fabric and continue sewing.
